The Honors List

What does the 21st century have to offer if not a new way of doing things? A better way of doing things? One age comes and goes, intersected by various paradigms, crystallizing and smashing and crystallizing again. Our struggle never stops. With time, it becomes increasingly obvious who our friends are; and not just friends, but those who have a real chance to grasp the fiery green gnosis burning just out of reach.

The Cult of Cthulhu has come a long way. We’ve made significant progress because of those who support us, as well as, challenge us. First Priest of R’lyeh Beast Xeno was instrumental in bringing certain individuals closer to our emerald paradigm. Those individuals have made our journey fruitful. They are students and warriors of the Left Hand Path. I’m happy to say, the following LHP practitioners make the struggle easier to bear. Our religion thrives because of these men.

In our own humble way, the Cult of Cthulhu would like to honor…

Such honorary titles are a token of recognition for their contributions, not only to this religion, but to every winding forked road of the Left Hand Path. Our community is familiar with isolation, antagonism, and ridicule. It is hoped that Jason King, Dark F00L, Satanic Zach, and Nagasiva view the Cthulhu Cult as a home away from home… a friendly face, as it were, amidst a sea of unknowable confrontations. We respect outsiders just as we expect most of our traveling companions to remain non-joiners. Let it be known, however, that the door is open if these outstanding individuals ever desire a leadership position within the Cult. But for now, rejoice. The Ancient Ones caress the four of you with horrible, glistening, malevolent tentacles dripping with foetid unwholesomeness. Go forth, Knights of the Chartreuse Void and Keeper of the Green Flame, you shall lead the way!
